This is the Futaba R614FS 2.4GHz FASST 4-Channel Receiver and is compatible with the Futaba 4PK/4PKS/4PKSR and 4PX/4PXR/7PK Surface Radio Systems operating in C2 mode.

NOTE: This receiver is NOT compatible with 2.4GHz FHSS, S-FHSS or T-FHSS systems.
