Made to work with "SLW style" wheels, our 4-40 Acorn Wheel Studs give you a realistic "Acorn Nut" appearance for your wheel.

These "Flange" units feature a smaller hex than our standard 4-40 wheels studs.
This allows you to use a smaller size socket that will better fit into tight recesses.
These are perfect for LURC Hellcats,VP Methods's and other wheels that have a small recess for hub hardware.

These have been tested to work with VP & Locked Up RC wheels that utilize the SLW style center hub.
These extended versions are a great option for those of you running VP XD Series Center Hubs, brake rotors or other SLW compatible accessories that require a longer stud than our original size .
They will also work for most wheels running a VP .350 or larger SLW hex hub without any additional accessories.
If you do not have any accessories (VP center hub, brake rotor, etc) or are running VP Brass, they may need to be trimmed for proper installation.
