This Heavy Duty drill bit is made of alloyed steel with Cobalt and coated in Titanium Nitride (TiN)

This is a great bit for drilling through stainless, titanium and carbon steel.

The TiN coating adds friction resistance which increases longevity over non coated bits.

The coating allows for higher RPM compared to HSS, but may not clear chips as well in aluminum.

Includes:

1x 2.05mm Cobalt Drill bit with TiN coating

2.05mm is the correct size for tapping M2.5 x 0.45 threads.

Cutting fluid is suggested for intense operation.
